Other acupoint stimulation techniques include: manual massage, moxibustion or heat therapy, cupping, and the application of topical herbal medicines and liniments. Acupuncture therapy can release blocked qi in the body and stimulate function, evoking the body’s natural healing response through various physiological systems. Modern research has demonstrated acupuncture’s effects on the nervous system, endocrine and immune systems, cardiovascular system, and digestive system. By stimulating the body’s various systems, acupuncture can help to resolve pain, and improve sleep, digestive function, and sense of well-being.

Lindsey is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire. She received her training at Holistic Academy of Natural Disciplines in Nashua, NH. She is trained in a variety of modalities including cupping, hot stone, manual lymphatic drainage, and myofascial release. She strives to help the body heal naturally, alleviate chronic pain by injury or repetitive strain, and help with stress caused by everyday life. She specializes in injury and disease and works with all types of folks from athletes to office workers. When she is not massaging you can find her in the woods with her three dogs. Tori’s healing endeavors began after high school, working in nursing, with a background in long term care and hospital work. Tori has always had a passion for natural wellness and realized she wanted to help people in a more holistic way, where she would have the time to connect with them one on one. Her goal is to get her community out of imbalance and into peace of mind, body and spirit. This vision brought her to massage therapy. Tori has been practicing since 2019 and specializes in several different modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular, lymphatic drainage, elderly massage, cupping, aromatherapy, and headache/migraine focus work. Cherlyn is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire. She and her family recently moved from Louisiana and live in Wilton, New Hampshire. Cherlyn has always had a passion for helping people which lead her to massage therapy. She graduated from Delta College in Covington, Louisiana in 2022. Cherlyn enjoys incorporating CranioSacral therapy into her therapeutic sessions as well as orthopedic and cupping. Her main focus as a massage therapist is to create a safe space for healing and help her clients live their best life free from pain. Lucy’s journey to bodywork began in 2015 when she attended the Port Townsend School of Massage and has been practicing bodywork ever since. She has a background as a yoga teacher, athlete and doula which all contribute to her fascination, excitement and reverence for the body. In every session Lucy aims to create a safe and welcoming space for healing and relaxation. She loves to listen and collaborate with clients helping them move toward health goals and finding a greater sense of wellbeing. While her training is rooted in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, she has additional training in myofascial release and particularly enjoys working with neck issues. Originally from New Hampshire, Lucy and her family recently relocated back to the area after spending a decade living by the sea in the Pacific Northwest. They are thrilled to be back in New England getting reacquainted with all that they love about this special corner of the world. Leah is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of New Hampshire and board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine( Dipl. of Acupuncture). Leah holds a Masters of Oriental Medicine (MSAOM) from the Clinical Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Honolulu Hawaii and is a clinical Chinese Medicine Herbalist. She enjoys working with a variety of health conditions ranging from women’s health, infertility, mental and emotional wellness and orthopedic pain issues. Additionally, she is certified in cosmetic acupuncture and offers facial rejuvenation acupuncture and microneedling. Leah has also been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. She has spent the past two decades in the healing arts profession and has certificates in specialities including myofascial mobilization, cupping, aromatherapy and trained as a skin care esthetician. Leah most enjoys weaving together a treatment experience that pulls from an eclectic mix of healing modalities. Jon is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of New Hampshire and is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (Dipl.Ac). He is a graduate of the World Medicine Institute with a Masters of Science in Acupuncture(MSAC). Jon specializes in Classical Acupuncture and diagnosis and utilizes the Master Tung acupuncture system. He has additional continued studies in advanced Classical Herbal Medicine for treating chronic and systemic conditions. Jon was originally drawn to Chinese Medicine through the classical teachings of Taoism and its profound advocation of humility and self preservation. He continues the lifelong study of Taoism for applying its useful knowledge to health and well being. Jon is also a dedicated student of Qi Gong and meditation practices. Being an avid student of Taoism, Qi Gong and the Classical teachings, Jon strives to bring these aspects into each treatment.
